1. About us

Medium Rare Art (mediumrareartgallery.com) sells prints and posters of artwork by Yale Freedman (1983 to 2026). The store is operated by Mason Freedman on behalf of the Estate of Yale Freedman. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

All products are reproductions printed to order. Original artworks are not for sale. We show each work as accurately as we can, but colors on your screen may differ slightly from the finished print, and small variations between prints are normal and not defects.

3. Limited editions

Limited-edition compositions are produced in a fixed number of copies. Once an edition sells out, it will not be reprinted in the same edition.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and include shipping. Sales tax is added at checkout where required. We may change prices at any time; changes don't affect orders already placed. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or can't fulfill it, and will refund any payment in full.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping and refunds are covered by our Shipping policy and Return and refund policy, which are part of these terms.

7. Copyright and permitted use

All artwork, images and text on this site are copyright © the Estate of Yale Freedman. Buying a print gives you the right to own and display it for personal, non-commercial use. It does not give you any copyright or the right to copy, scan, reproduce, sell, or use the image commercially, including on merchandise or online. For licensing requests, email mediumrareartgallery@gmail.com.

8. Site use

You may not copy, download, scrape, or reuse images from this site, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
